§01
Who these terms bind
They bind you, the person reading this page, and any organisation on whose behalf you are acting. They bind us, Flowuity (Pty) Ltd, registered in the Republic of South Africa.
By visiting flowuity.com, installing the progressive web application, or submitting any of our intake forms, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
§02
What we publish
The website is a marketing presence. The information, written essays, and case material on it are accurate to the best of our knowledge as at the date of publication. Nothing on the site constitutes legal, financial, tax, regulatory, accounting, medical, or investment advice.
Where we describe a product, framework, or methodology, we describe it accurately. Where we publish numbers attributed to clients, we publish them with permission. Where a name is illustrative, we say so.
§03
Intake forms and meetings
Submitting one of our intake forms (Discovery, Blueprint, Investor, Briefing, Partner, Programme) does not, by itself, create a contract. It is an invitation to a meeting, on the basis of which we may decide together to enter a paid engagement.
A meeting may be declined, rescheduled, or shortened by either side. We do not charge for the first conversation, regardless of route.
§04
Investor and M&A material
Material we provide to investors, M&A counterparties, or formal due-diligence parties is provided in confidence and may not be reproduced, distributed, or relied on by any other party without written consent. Provision of such material does not constitute an offer to sell securities or any other interest in Flowuity (Pty) Ltd, in any jurisdiction in which such an offer would be unlawful.
Any forward-looking statement we make is a current view, not a guarantee. The investor and M&A pages are not a prospectus.
§05
Intellectual property
The Flowuity name, logo, the f· mark, the wordmark, the visual identity, the written essays on the site, and the structure of our intake flows are our property. You may quote a sentence with attribution. You may not republish, reskin, or use them to suggest endorsement.
Our open-source contributions are governed by their own licences, published in the relevant repository.
§06
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to scrape the site at scale, probe it for vulnerabilities without invitation, submit forms in bad faith, impersonate another party, transmit malware, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the site. Repeated abuse will result in your access being blocked.
If you discover a security issue, write to security@flowuity.com. We respond to good-faith disclosures.
§07
Third-party links
Where we link to a third-party site (case studies, partner programmes, regulators, sub-processors), we link in good faith but we do not control the linked content. Following a link takes you outside our terms.
§08
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site and the progressive web application available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance windows happen.
We may revise these terms. Material revisions will be flagged on the home page for at least thirty days. The current version is whatever is on this page when you read it.
§09
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any matter arising from your use of the website or the progressive web application — as distinct from a contracted engagement — is limited to the amount you have paid us for use of the website (which is normally zero).
Engagement-specific liability is governed by the master services agreement applicable to that engagement, not by these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law.
§10
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes that cannot be resolved by good-faith correspondence are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa, sitting in Johannesburg.
